Duet Ahok-Djarot Diyakini Bakal Berjalan Sinergis

MPPJ: Ahok-Djarot would Run Synergistic

Former Blitar Mayor, Djarot S Hidayat, is finally inducted as Jakarta Vice Governor, accompanying Jakarta Governor Basuki ‘Ahok’ T Purnama to lead the capital city until the remaining term of the next three years. Some parties assessed that the duet of Ahok-Djarot would run synergistic because they both have the experiences as regional heads.

They already understand about the public and experienced in terms of supervision

“Mr. Ahok had served as regent and Mr. Djarot as mayor for two periods. In the future, both of them would be synergistic,” stated Executive Director of Community Care for Jakarta Development (MPPJ), Arman Zakaria, on the sidelines of Djarot’s induction at City Hall, Wednesday (12/17).

Zakaria believes that both officials can fully understand about public issues, such as health, education, and infrastructures in Jakarta. Moreover, Djarot is also experienced in terms of academic, activity, and political, thus all aspirations that relate with public interests could be accommodated.

Djarot Now Officially Jakarta Vice Governor

“They already understand about the public and experienced in terms of supervision. And Djarot, he had received Adipura for three times (2006, 2007, 2008) when he served as Blitar Mayor,” told Zakaria.

For that reason, Zakaria is optimistic that in their remaining tenure of three years ahead, Ahok and Djarot would be able to realize the New Jakarta that is safe, comfortable, and clean from corruption.
